The Gold Vouchers Offer (“Offer”) is part of The Good Life Festival. Gold Vouchers refer to the vouchers of Reliance Jewels issued under this Offer. The Offer is applicable for select residential & commercial projects of Adani Realty in Ahmedabad viz. Aster, Aster Neo, Amogha, Greenview, Embrace, Ambrosia, Paarijat at Shantigram, Atrius, Archway, Augusta, Medico House & Inspire Corporate Capital (“Eligible Projects”).

The Offer is open to customers booking unit/s in the Eligible Projects between 12th August, 2024 to 8th September, 2024. Upon booking as above, Gold Vouchers will be given to the customers as per the below terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

• Gold vouchers are valid till 31st July 2025.
• Gold Vouchers shall be given to the customer after 90 working days after the receipt of 20% payment of the total consideration of the respective unit as well as on completion of registration of Agreement to Sale (ATS) thereof.
• Gold Vouchers cannot be exchanged or adjusted against any discount, cash or any other form of offer/relief granted to the customer.
• Gold vouchers may be redeemed only against the purchases made from Reliance Jewels subject to their terms & conditions.
• All the terms and conditions regarding purchase of Reliance Jewels shall apply. The terms and conditions of Reliance Jewels are as under:
• Gift Vouchers’ card (may come in electronic form as well) can be used for the purchase of any products including gold and silver coins across Reliance Jewels stores in India.
• This e-Gift card is allowed for one-time redemption only. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
• Customer will receive OTP to their registered mobile number which needs to be shared at the billing counter to redeem the voucher. Please note Mobile number cannot be changed once the EGV is issued.
• Gold vouchers shall be subject to the applicable taxes including gift tax, if any, as per statutory regulations and shall be borne by the customer. Adani Realty shall not be held responsible to bear taxes of any nature whatsoever in this respect. The customer shall provide the necessary KYC documents to Adani Realty for the taxation purposes.
• Adani Realty shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or transfer of Gold Vouchers once handed over to a customer. Adani Realty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer or the use of Gold Vouchers. Adani Realty shall not be responsible to address or entertain any queries once vouchers are issued. Customer shall connect only with Reliance Jewels for any support/queries.
• The Offer is not transferable and is intended for the original recipient (customer) only.
• In case of cancellation of booking for any reason whatsoever, the cost of such voucher along with interest shall become recoverable or be forfeited from the amount paid by the customer over and above the amount recoverable as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement to Sale. The Offer shall not prejudice the other rights of Adani Realty to recover such outstanding amounts from the customer.
• This Offer is subject to change/withdraw/cancel without any prior notice and Adani Realty’s decision in this respect will be final and binding on the customer.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
