Individual villas at Spring Tide were handed over within 12 months from the date of sale, while Spring Terrace was completed in about 15 months. And currently there are FOUR Newly Completed & Occupied projects – Stadia Park Villas at Kaloor, Sapphire Court Villas & Sapphire Heights Apartments at Vennala,Silver Streak Apartments at Panampilly Nagar, and ONE On-going prestigious Silver Creek waterfront Villas in Maradu.
