Good Earth Florican Hill Villa Overview

With every project undertaken, new insights are gained. A linear site with distinct sloping terrain demanded a site responsive solution. The builders requirement together with the need to uphold the values od community living led to the creation of Villament – individual housing units placed around a central courtyard – a green space for each home. Since the linearity of the site did not permit a central court, macro and micro level courts were used to serve the same purpose. Fifteen units on 55 cents of land, a mix of Duplex and single level units with sky gardens and green walls.

We have been a pioneer in the field of alternative architecture and environment friendly development. Having evolved from an NGO, to a consultancy firm, to design built group, and then a development group, the experiences have taught us to respond socially, environmentally and architecturally, with ideas that have been received extremely well by our clients. Our client base has grown steadily over the years, with many of our clients bringing in repeated business. It is this encouraging response that drives us to persist with our dream to help create a sustainable society.
