Our history reflects a vast experience in the field of construction. Our founders possess strong skills in construction of major projects in the Middle East, which includes Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Burj Al Arab – Dubai, Dubai Mall, Emirates Twin Towers, Jetty extension for Qafco, Palaces – construction and maintenance, high rise buildings, Petro chemical plants and refineries – construction and extension of plants - both green field and brown field operations. We are proud to state that our past experience of more than three decades has made set tough goals to deliver high quality to our patrons in India. We are actively involved in the Construction and Promotion of residential flats. Our main focus is to build quality living and to suit the needs of the common folk at affordable cost and as well match the high standards in the industry. We take immense care during the procurement of all construction materials and components to maintain standard specification and quality in delivering every project. We have experts from Chennai working for the structural and architectural designs. We employ dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer during the construction to monitor the project closely and govern all parameters to implement as per the design details. We are highly skillful and experienced in concrete repairing with technical knowhow about appropriate construction, chemicals and methodology. This will secure the buildings from becoming obsolete and will extend the life of the structure. We do carryout water proofing works using hot & cold application methods to protect the roof, over head tanks, and underground sumps from water penetration. We have trained and dedicated craftsman and electricians to carry out on call basis for any domestic maintenance works. We are ready to undertake any range of projects Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects and deliver the same functionally to the satisfaction for our potential client. Our Project Management expertise include, construction of new Industrial, Production and Processing plants (both new and live plants), Public and Private structures, Institutional Structures, Hospitals etc. We primarily prefer to have projects within the State of Tamil Nadu. Affordable Homes does not mean cheap housing but a new method of construction for more better-quality output at a short span of construction. In fact this technology is superior and economical to the present practice with Brick and Plaster in the Construction which will be implemented shortly.  The new construction technology will use Foam Concrete replacing the brick walls and will be cast in place using the Foam Concrete. The technology has been in the use in various countries for the past 70 years. A pilot project is being analyzed for implementation. In the absence of technical back up and moral support from every level of production, this technology did not spread across India, whereas Global Companies are continuing in large scale in implementing the low cost technology in mass housing using Foam Concrete in Srilanka, Maylaysia, Vietnam, Egypt, Singapore, Libiya, Brazil, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia (Madina) etc.
