In the year 2002, The Sabari Group, headed by its dynamic Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. K.R.V.Ramani ventured into the Hospitality business. The Company Sabari Inn Pvt. Ltd. opened its Maiden Hotel, Quality Inn Sabari, a 4-Star Deluxe category Hotel on Thirumallai Pillai Road, T. Nagar. This Hotel has 72 rooms with state-of-the-art facilities. After the successful launch of this Hotel, the second hotel named Quality Hotel Sabari Classic went into operation in September 2007, in Navalur, OMR in the visinity of the SIPCOT IT Park at Sirisery. This is also a 4-Star Deluxe category Hotel with 84 rooms, lazed with modern amenities. In February 2009, the Company expanded its Horizon by entering Kodaikanal to setup a 3-Star Deluxe category Hotel - Quality Inn Sabari Resorts. This hotel has 50 rooms, 2 Banquet Halls, Victorian style bar and a modernized restaurant. The Group acquired Nilgiris Nest Hotels at Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore in December 2008 and after refurbishing them have commenced operations with a total of 110 rooms in these locations. The group has set up a hotel - Sabari Park Plaza in coimbatore and acquired a hotel - Sabari The Mark Boulevard in, Whitefield, Bangalore in 2010.The cream of professionals in hotel management, business management and finance management forms the core strength of the group. We have commenced monitoring all our business activities from a newly constructed corporate office spread over about 10,000 sqft from the prime location within the city. The Group will aggressively pursue business through innovation to provide exceptional customer service and Build lifetime relationships with customers and communities. The Group has also setup retail outlets with Nilgiris and is successfully operating two outlets in Chennai – one in T. Nagar and another in R.A. Puram. In the year 2007, the Sabari Group had launched 4 residential projects in Sholinganallur, comprising 260 apartments for a total builtup area of 500, 000 Sqft under the banner of Vishranthi Sabari. All these apartments were sold out within 3 days of the launch. Now, all the projects are nearing completion.
